Dean Medley

Healthcare Traveler Magazine recently recognized Dean Medley as a leader in his field when he was awarded Recruiter of the Year for 2007. This was the second year in a row that Dean received this prestigious award based upon his timeless support of mobile providers, unwavering professionalism, and outstanding dedication to the healthcare travel industry. Dean has extensive experience in recruiting, coaching, fostering employee relations and facilitating team development. Further, he has supervised teams and implemented strategic recruiting programs in various industries over a sixteen year career. He has worked with such nationally known companies as Bank of America, Spherion, and Citistreet and is a seasoned recruiting professional. Dean received his BA from the University of North Florida and is a Jacksonville native. Dean considers his primary vocation to be a loving husband and father to three children and is active in his church and community. Dean is dedicated to working with medical employers, candidates, and his employees for the purpose of meeting their needs and expectations.


Diane Millar

Prior to joining Medical Methods, Diane worked for The Walt Disney Company for 15 years. Her responsibilities included strategic planning, recruitment and hiring of entertainment professionals for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts in Florida, and internationally for Disney Cruise Line. Diane has managed live performance shows, large scale conventions and many signature special events.

She has an impeccable eye for talent spanning many professions. Diane and her husband live in Miramar, Florida, where they are active cyclists and runners.


Kim Cannon

Kim Cannon has spent seven years working in human resources, payroll, benefits and customer service in the recruiting and staffing industry. She has a proven track record as one of the best payroll operations managers in our field. Kim is exceptional in the areas of follow up and customer service. Attention to detail is her hallmark and an essential aspect of our daily operations; making her a great fit for our company. Kim received her B.S. from Jacksonville University and currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida. Kim enjoys reading and going to the beach in her spare time. She is also on the Women's Leadership Team at her church and enjoys planning church and community outreach events.


Michelle Wiggins

When it came time to Michelle to re-join the workforce after being home with her three children, she felt called to Medical Methods. Michelle has a background in Business Analysis and has added tremendous value to Medical Methods support team. Though Michelle is committed to her career, she is also committed to her family. She loves four-wheeling in the great outdoors, watching her boys play baseball, and encouraging her daughter in competitive cheerleading. Michelle and her family reside in Jacksonville and are active in their church.

Tonya Randolph

A recent graduate from the University of North Florida Tonya majored in Community Health and Exercise Science. She has several years of experience in shadowing healthcare professionals in nursing homes, critical care units, and ER settings. Along with her healthcare experience, she also has four years of experience in customer service, sales and counseling. Tonya thrives on finding her strengths and utilizing them to better herself and those around her. She's an innovative thinker and joined Medical Methods to further expand on her strengths and focus on her passion toward the healthcare field. Tonya resides in Jacksonville, Florida and she keeps herself busy by doing the things that she enjoys which include meeting new people and exercising.
