New Graduates

This is an exciting time for you. As you know, your skill set is in high demand. We are and have been actively hiring new graduates to work for our company. There are several clear benefits to working with our firm:
  • You can earn far more money working on contract / travel assignment with our firm (helpful when trying to pay back school loans)
  • Work in the city you want
  • Travel to a new city and receive temporary company provided housing
  • Work in multiple setting types over the course of time to determine which you like best
  • Try out a facility and company prior to committing to a permanent job (you can always transition to a position with one of our clients if you would like with no penalty)
  • We can play the role of your permanent recruiter and place you in the company that you choose directly out of school
We are hiring from colleges around the country but because we are based in Jacksonville, Florida we have strong relationships with the schools in our home state like:
A great example a school partnership is with the University of St. Augustine.

Over the past several years we have hired numerous Physical Therapists (PT) and Occupational Therapists (OT) from USA and have also helped many students find permanent homes with our customers (directly from college and as contract to hires).
Take a look at our testimonials page to see a few of our USA alumni's and what they have to say about us.

Warning!
There are some challenges and pitfalls you should be aware of as a new graduate.

  1. Being placed in the wrong setting or environment can create a bad situation for you. We go to great lengths to put our new grad travelers in the right setting based on their internship experience with solid leadership who will embrace you. We always prefer placing you in a facility with multiple therapists so you have support and mentoring in your first few assignments.
  2. When you interview travel and contract firms make sure you don't get over promised. Many firms will lure with big promises that many times never come true (like the city you want to work in, your true total compensation package, putting you in a bad environment, etc…)
  3. While demand is generally tremendous for new graduates there still are clients who may be reluctant to hire a new grad as a contractor. This means that you may need to flexible with the location and / or setting that you are willing to work at. Once you have a couple of assignments under your belt you become more viable to nearly all customers.
