Clint Drawdy
President and Co-owner

As the President of Medical Methods, Clint is responsible for the company's vision and strategy as well as the execution of our recruiting, sales, service and operations departments. He is passionate about exceeding employee and client expectations with the ultimate goal of making this the best place to work in the country. Prior to co-founding Medical Methods, Clint spent nearly 9 years working for the largest privately held recruiting company in the world where he held multiple recruiting, sales, and leadership positions. In his last position, he was responsible for the strategic development and deployment of a brand new recruiting division including the sales, recruiting, marketing, and branding strategy for the division. Prior to Clint's recruiting career he received a BA from Florida State University and is enrolled in the EO/MIT Entrepreneurial Masters Program in Boston, Ma.. He, his wife, two sons and twin daughters live in Jacksonville, Florida where they are active in their church and community.

Clint was named to Jacksonville's 40 under 40 list in 2007 and was accepted into the EO/MIT Entrepreneurial Masters Program in Boston.

Chad Perce
Co-Owner

Chad has spent nearly 8 years in the recruiting industry, prior to co-founding Medical Methods, and held various positions in recruiting, sales, and leadership. He was responsible for securing and managing the relationships with multiple national clients in healthcare and financial industries and is a perennial leader and producer. Prior to Chad's career in the recruiting industry, he received a BA from the University of North Florida. He, his wife, and daughter reside in Jacksonville, Florida where they are active in both their church and community.

Chad was also named to Jacksonville's 40 under 40 list in 2007.
