Chad Perce manages his company in the same way he lives his life. "When we started our companies, it was with a very clear intent to live our faith every day at work," said Perce, 36, president of information technology staffing company iMethods. "It's essential to our culture here." iMethods has surpassed company growth and revenue projections by 200 percent since its launch in January 2005.
"Once you're in business for yourself, it's easy to cut corners," said Perce. "But to maintain our integrity day in and day out while growing the business, it's absolutely critical for us."
He's quick to thank clients for the company's success. "We really have great clients, so I have been really happy with that," Perce said. "Our clients are as much, if not more of our partners as anything else."
Perce, 36, who's also vice president of business development for health care staffing company Medical Methods, co-owns parent firm Hire Methods with Clint Drawdy.
"I chose him as a partner because of his character, his values and clearly his performance," Drawdy said. "We worked together at another company and he's wonderful at pursuing business relationships.
"He was always given more representation with bigger customers in bigger markets because he fit," Drawdy said. "We're talking millions in revenue and big reputations. So he definitely proved himself."
